Atmospheric roguelike shooter game
Dynacore is a free action game coming from indie developer Prox. It is a top-down shooter that features retro pixel graphics and roguelike elements in its gameplay. In it, players take control of an astronaut who finds themselves stranded on a planet surrounded by deadly alien creatures.
Similar to games like Neon Abyss, Dynacore serves up plenty of frantic, bullet-flying action in a sci-fi setting. Players will shoot through large levels using procedurally generated weapons against all kinds of enemies. They will use and experiment with various weapon types to deal with various situations and fights.

In Dynacore, you play an astronaut whose ship has crashed on a hostile planet and find yourself stranded. You now have no choice but to venture out into the unknown landscape and find a way home. It is also home to all kinds of deadly alien creatures and multiple traps at every corner, making the whole ordeal that much more difficult to deal with.
There are four levels that you need to go through in Dynacore that host their unique set of enemies. Weapons are procedurally generated, making you deal with and familiarize yourself with each of their characteristics during your runs. To help on your perilous journey, there are 85 unique items to collect that provide various perks and bonuses that can be combined to create synergies and effects during your shootouts.
To increase the stake even higher, there is permadeath in place. Should you perish at any point, you will have to start again from the beginning, but you will retain your items for the next attempt. The only thing to note would be the high difficulty curve that the game has, but that is par for the course for these types of games in the roguelike genre.

From its nice pixel graphics to the engaging gameplay and unpredictability of weapons choices, it's an experience that is well worth playing for any fan out there.
